Shipping Methods

The online store uahearts.com.ua ships products worldwide.

All orders are shipped exclusively via Ukrposhta (Ukraine Post) for both domestic and international deliveries.

Shipping Cost

  • If the order value is below USD 49.5 (or the equivalent in UAH at the exchange rate on the order date), shipping costs are paid by the customer according to Ukrposhta tariffs.

  • If the order value is USD 49.5 or higher, shipping costs are covered by the seller.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery times depend on the destination country and Ukrposhta’s operating conditions and may range from several days to 3 weeks.

Способи доставки

Інтернет-магазин uahearts.com.ua здійснює доставку товарів по всьому світу.

Відправлення замовлень здійснюється виключно через АТ «Укрпошта» (міжнародні та внутрішні відправлення).

Вартість доставки

  • Якщо вартість замовлення до 49,5 USD (еквівалент у гривні за курсом на день оформлення замовлення) — вартість доставки оплачує покупець відповідно до тарифів Укрпошти.

  • Якщо вартість замовлення 49,5 USD і більше — вартість доставки оплачує продавець.

  • Можливі додаткові митні збори, податки або імпортні платежі в країні отримувача оплачуються покупцем.

Терміни доставки

  • Відправлення замовлень здійснюється протягом 1–3 робочих днів після підтвердження замовлення.

  • Терміни доставки залежать від країни призначення та правил роботи Укрпошти і можуть становити від кількох днів до кількох тижнів.
