General Terms

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The customer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions listed below.

Conditions for Returning a Product of Proper Quality

A return is accepted if:

  • the product has not been used;

  • its original appearance, consumer properties, and full set are preserved;

  • original packaging is preserved (if applicable);

  • proof of purchase is available (receipt, invoice, or order number).

Non-Returnable Items

According to consumer protection regulations, personalized, souvenir, or gift items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or have lost their original appearance.

Return Procedure

  1. The customer must contact the seller using the contact details provided on uahearts.com.ua and inform about the intention to return the product.

  2. After agreeing on the details, the customer sends the product back via postal service.

  3. A refund is issued after the seller receives and inspects the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If a product of proper quality is returned, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error made by the seller, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 banking days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original payment, or by mutual agreement.

Умови повернення та обміну товару

Загальні положення

Повернення та обмін товарів здійснюється відповідно до Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів».

Покупець має право повернути або обміняти товар належної якості протягом 14 календарних днів з моменту отримання замовлення, за умови дотримання нижченаведених вимог.

Умови повернення товару належної якості

Повернення можливе, якщо:

  • товар не був у використанні;

  • збережено товарний вигляд, споживчі властивості та комплектацію;

  • збережено оригінальну упаковку (за наявності);

  • наявний документ, що підтверджує покупку (чек, накладна або номер замовлення).

Товари, що не підлягають поверненню

Відповідно до законодавства України, товари індивідуального користування, сувенірна та подарункова продукція можуть не підлягати поверненню, якщо вони були у використанні або втратили товарний вигляд.

Процедура повернення

  1. Покупець повинен зв’язатися з продавцем через контактні дані, зазначені на сайті uahearts.com.ua, та повідомити про намір повернення товару.

  2. Після узгодження деталей покупець надсилає товар службою доставки.

  3. Повернення коштів здійснюється після отримання та перевірки товару продавцем.

Витрати на повернення

  • У разі повернення товару належної якості, витрати на доставку оплачує покупець.

  • У разі повернення товару неналежної якості або помилки з боку продавця, витрати на доставку компенсує продавець.

Повернення коштів

Повернення коштів здійснюється протягом 3–7 банківських днів з моменту отримання повернутого товару тим самим способом, яким було здійснено оплату, або за домовленістю сторін.
